These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of culvercityreglazing.com and the reglazing services provided by Culver City Reglazing ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the site or scheduling services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free and provided in writing. A quote is based on the information and photos you provide and is valid for 30 days. If the surface condition on the day of service differs materially from what was described (for example, extensive hidden damage, previous failed coatings that must be stripped, or structural problems), we will explain the difference and confirm any price change with you before starting work.

2. Scheduling, access and preparation

You agree to provide access to the work area at the scheduled time, with the surface cleared of personal items and the bathroom or kitchen available for the duration of the job.
Please remove shower curtains, bath mats, toiletries and loose items. We will mask and protect fixed surfaces.
Pets and children must be kept out of the work area during application and for the ventilation period we specify.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip fee.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Multi-unit and commercial accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms.

4. Curing and care

Reglazed surfaces must be kept completely dry and untouched for 24 hours after completion (longer if we tell you so). During the first 7 days do not use bath mats with suction cups, abrasive cleaners or standing water. Ongoing care: clean with non-abrasive liquid cleaners and a soft sponge; do not use scouring pads, powders, bleach-based or acidic cleaners; do not let dripping faucets run on the surface; use a sink grid or dish rack in kitchen sinks. Our written care instructions are provided at completion and form part of the warranty.

5. Written warranty

5.1 Coverage and term

Two (2) years from the date of completion for bathtubs, showers and shower pans, fiberglass and acrylic tub-shower enclosures, tile walls and floors, and bathroom sinks.
Six (6) months from the date of completion for kitchen sinks.

The warranty covers peeling, bubbling, cracking or loss of adhesion of the coating that results from defects in our workmanship or materials. If a covered defect occurs, we will repair or re-coat the affected area at no charge. This is your exclusive remedy.

5.2 What the warranty does not cover

Damage from abuse, impact, dropped objects, abrasive or harsh chemical cleaners, bath mats with suction cups, standing water, or failure to follow the curing and care instructions
Chips, scratches, stains or wear caused by normal use, including wear in kitchen sinks from cookware and utensils
Leaks, moisture, plumbing problems, structural movement or substrate failure (for example, a cracked fiberglass floor that flexes after reglazing because of inadequate support beneath the unit that we identified and you elected not to have reinforced)
Surfaces previously coated by others where the old coating was not fully removed at your request
Work performed by anyone other than Culver City Reglazing on the reglazed surface
Color variation or gloss changes due to sunlight, cleaners or age

5.3 Making a claim

Contact us at (310) 555-0147 or through our contact form with your name, service address and completion date. We will inspect the surface and schedule any covered repair. The warranty applies to the original customer and property and is not transferable unless agreed in writing.

6. Our work and your property

We take care to protect your home and will mask and cover surrounding surfaces. We are licensed and insured. Reglazing involves spraying coatings and solvents; mild odors are normal for a short period and we ventilate the area. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage or plumbing issues discovered during the work, though we will point them out.

7. Website use

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Prices and savings shown are typical ranges, not guaranteed quotes. You may not copy, scrape or reuse site content without permission. We may update the site at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under California consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, after a good-faith attempt to resolve it directly with us.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time you schedule services applies to that job.
